4 WEEK COURSE
Do you suffer from SCIATICA?
Is it a pain in your bottom? Literally!
Would you like to find out which FITNESS PILATES moves you need to avoid and which exercises can help STRETCH and STRENGTHEN the muscles depending on your own individual symptoms?
Starting MONDAY 2ND AUGUST
Time – 6.30-7.15pm(‘LIVE’ on Facebook or YouTube link available on ‘catch up’)
What do you get?
The COURSE will include 4️ x 45 minute ‘LIVE’ FITNESS PILATES sessions in a private Facebook group which you can join in with or they are available to watch on ‘catch up’ via a link (and repeat) for a week.
WEEK 4 will incorporate everything we have learnt and will be available to keep!

- Help you try and understand what Sciatica is and the different types of Sciatica
- Introduce the use of modification and adaptations to the basic FITNESS PILATES moves
- Be there to help and guide you every step of the way. We’ll have an initial chat to make sure that this is the course for you, find out the facts and how I can help you move forward.
