A combination of Fitness Pilates, Freestyle Fitness Yoga and Pure Stretch designed and choreographed specifically for Men. You may be surprised to hear that we still do squats, planks and press ups and some of the moves will certainly get your heart racing. In addition, we work on more focused isolation exercises to balance the body working from the inside out.
